Sustainability

Refurbishment that’s better for buildings, budgets, and the planet

Sustainability is built into how Zeno delivers. From BREEAM-aligned dilapidations to EV charging, solar PV, and energy-efficient M&E, every refurbishment is an opportunity to cut carbon, reduce running costs, and extend a building’s life, and we help our clients take it.
