We know what it takes to deliver a unit that lets: that means watertight roofs and presentable cladding, functioning roller shutters and dock levellers, compliant M&E and sprinklers, clean yards, and an office block a prospective occupier will want to work in. We manage it all as principal contractor, phased around occupiers and delivered on programme.
