M&E is where refurbishments most often run into trouble: outdated systems, undocumented installations, and compliance gaps that only surface once work starts. We bring in M&E under the same programme and the same management as the rest of the project, so it’s designed to suit the building and coordinated with every other trade from day one. From a full rewire and new distribution boards to heating, ventilation, fire alarms, emergency lighting, EV charging, and solar PV, every installation is delivered to current regulations, fully tested and commissioned, and handed over with complete O&M documentation.

Electrical installations
Complete electrical packages for industrial and commercial buildings: new incoming supplies and distribution boards, sub-mains, small power, and data, and LED lighting schemes with intelligent controls. We design installations to suit how a space will actually be used – whether that’s a Cat A office floor, a warehouse with high-bay lighting, or a unit needing three-phase power for plant – and deliver everything to BS 7671 with full NICEIC-standard certification.
Mechanical services
Heating, hot water, plumbing, and pipework for offices, welfare areas and warehouses. We install and replace boilers, radiant heaters and warm-air systems, air-source heat pumps, domestic hot water, sanitaryware, and above-ground drainage, and can refurbish or extend existing mechanical plant where that makes better sense than replacement. All works are coordinated with the building fabric and electrical packages for a clean, efficient installation.
Fire & life safety
Fire detection and alarm systems, emergency lighting, sprinkler refurbishment, and passive fire protection, designed and installed to give landlords and occupiers a compliant, fully certified building. We handle everything from upgrading an ageing alarm panel to refurbishing the sprinkler installation across a 140,000 sq ft warehouse, working closely with fire risk assessors, insurers and building control to make sure every requirement is met and documented.
HVAC systems
Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installations that keep offices comfortable and warehouses working efficiently. We design and install VRF and split air conditioning, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, extract systems, and destratification fans, and can upgrade or replace existing plant to cut energy use and maintenance costs. Systems are sized to the space, zoned for control, and commissioned to perform from day one.
Energy & sustainability
Practical upgrades that improve a building’s EPC rating, reduce running costs, and future-proof it for occupiers and investors: LED lighting and controls, air-source heat pumps, solar PV arrays, battery storage and EV charging infrastructure. We help clients understand the payback on each option, and deliver installations that support BREEAM and net-zero objectives without over-engineering the solution.
Testing & commissioning
No M&E installation is finished until it’s proven to work. We carry out full inspection, testing, and commissioning of every system we install – electrical certification, air and water balancing, fire alarm and emergency lighting testing – and performance checks on heating and cooling plant – and compile the results into a clear O&M manual and handover pack. We can also test and certify existing installations as part of dilapidation or pre-let works.
