Project Overview
Spring Road presented a challenging refurbishment programme, delivered across the autumn months with unpredictable weather creating additional complexity for the works.
Covering an 81,587 sq ft industrial unit, the project included extensive roofing and gutter works, electrical validation, ancillary upgrades, and minor external works. With a significant proportion of the programme taking place externally, careful planning and flexibility were essential to maintain progress while responding to changing site conditions.
