This Brierley Hill project involved the comprehensive refurbishment and repair of a 15,268 sq ft property, bringing together a varied programme of internal and external works to improve the condition, appearance, and functionality of the building.

Delivered over a 9-week programme, the works included roof repairs, external building repairs and internal refurbishment. The scope was carefully coordinated to ensure the different elements of the project progressed efficiently, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and maintaining momentum throughout the programme.

The external works addressed key areas of the building, including repairs to the roof and external fabric, helping to improve the overall condition and presentation of the property. Internally, refurbishment works provided a refreshed and improved environment, complementing the wider improvements made across the building.

The project required effective planning and coordination across multiple workstreams, with the Zeno team managing the programme from mobilisation through to completion. By bringing the various elements together under a single coordinated programme, the works were delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

The completed refurbishment has provided a renewed and improved space for the client, demonstrating Zeno Contracts’ ability to deliver comprehensive repair and refurbishment programmes across commercial and industrial properties, from initial works through to final completion.
